The lovely spacious single family home of Boulevard Heights comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms feature large mirrored closets, alarm clocks, telephones, DVD players, and satellite television tuners. Beautifully furnished and decorated, the master bedroom features a queen size bed and a spacious bath and shower. The large second bedroom feature two full size beds and a pull-out twin bed for additional sleeping space, whilst the third bedroom feature a superb comfortable day bed which converts to twin beds.

Relax and sink into the luxurious couches in the roomy living area and watch a movie on the wall mounted LCD high definition television. The DVD player make for an exceptional digital experience as it features a surround sound system. A beautiful dining room leads from the open plan kitchen and can seat up to 6 guests with 2 additional eating spaces at the kitchen counter. The charming fully equipped kitchen feature complete modern day appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, and side by side refrigerator with an ice dispenser and filtered water. Cook up a gourmet meal in this lovely kitchen which also provides cookbooks, fondue maker, blender and a slow cooker. For the early morning cup of coffee, a coffee / espresso maker is available. The utility room contains stackable washer and dryer, wash basin, and ironing facilities.

At Boulevard Heights being outdoors is a real delight as guests have a gorgeous screened patio, fully furnished with sumptuous teak furniture and lighted ceiling fan. Enjoy having outdoor meals or a gas ignited barbecue in this attractive entertainment area. The completely bamboo fenced large backyard has a stunning private gazebo with a bubbling hot tub and color changing waterfall. The young at heart can enjoy playing a game of basketball in the splendid garden. Boulevard Heights is conveniently situated to access both International Airports, and is just 5 minutes from downtown Hollywood which offer a great art district, superior shopping malls, excellent restaurants, and charming sidewalk cafes. Take a walk or cycle along the famous Hollywood Beach boardwalk, or enjoy a fun filled day at the dazzling pristine beaches. For the more active guest there is kayaking, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing excursion to explore and top rate golf courses to play a round of golf. On return, guests of Boulevard Heights can kick off their shoes and enjoy the warm welcoming ambiance of this extraordinary comfortable family home.
