Fully air-conditioned and set on a generous 2500-square foot plot, Villa Palma is within close proximity to a vast assortment of shops, malls and restaurants, but maintains its privacy, giving visitors the best of both worlds.

Palma is an elegant 2-storey 3 bedrooms and 3-bathroom villa. A formal entrance area leads to an elegant L-shaped living room with two custom Italian sofas, limestone floors and a fireplace.
The remainder of the downstairs section includes a very well equipped kitchen, a separate breakfast alcove, a formal dining room, a large den with TV and DVD player, a full bathroom and a small utility room, which includes a washing machine and dryer.
The upstairs part of Villa Palma is home to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite limestoned-lined bathroom with a completely enclosed shower that doubles as a steam room. A door from this bathroom leads to a large terrace, which has stunning views of the beautiful landscape that Palma is set on. The second room is a Master room and the third bedroom is a double.
The weather in Miami is gorgeous and the outdoor area at Villa Palma will help you take full advantage of it. Completely private, our pool deck receives a generous amount of sun, but there is a covered section, which provides ample shade. This is also perfect for al fresco dining.
