This revamped 1939 five storey building is situated the heart of Collins Avenue and the Art Deco district know for its hotshots. The Townhouse provides an attractive hideaway for both short and long term holiday makers. The environment collaborate both style and fun with a chic multi cultural ambiance. Our multi lingual staff will welcome you to your cozy accommodation, a valet, and concierge is at your beck and call. Guests get a complimentary Parisian Breakfast.

This 5 storey building hosts 96 rooms. Exclusively designed by the young Paris based designer, India Mahdavi whose style enhances color space and provides maximum relaxation and leisure. The accommodation continues the minimalist design throughout its layout and offers ample space and furnishings, providing relaxation and leisure.

There are oversize poufs, L-shaped couches and large beds, allowing guests a few visitors to stay over at no charge. Each room is adorned with sexy lamp shades, telephones in fire engine red. Each room has its own Flat Screen TV, VCR, Alarm clock, and Fridge. Guests have a choice between for types of rooms - The Standard, Superior, Penthouse-A and Penthouse-B. The Penthouse suites offer king-size beds. Penthouse-A has the luxury of Atlantic views and two wide terraces whilst Penthouse-B has a lovely Jacuzzi, more room space and its own private terrace.

Guests also have the luxury of Wireless High Speed internet, Data Ports, In-room Safes and hair dryers. The rooftops terrace has charming water-beds. Other amenities include workout stations, Concierge, Gift and Sundry Shop and the famous sushi restaurant, Bond St Lounge. The restaurant offers take out service for hotel guests and also caters private events on the rooftop and off-site.

The huge rooftop lounge I undoubtedly one of the most entertaining places during your stay. During the day the rooftop is one of the cooler places on the beach, and it transforms to one South Beach’s hottest social scenes at night, with rocking roof parties on Friday and Saturday nights. The Rooftop can also be used for private events such as Retail/Product Launching, Casting Calls or Photo/Video Shoots, On-Location Film/TV/Commercial Shoots or just a Sunset party. Special crew rates are available and 250 people can easily fit on the rooftop.
